Terms of Service
Last updated: October 4, 2026 - Applies to digitalletter.app
Introduction
Welcome to Digital Letter ("we", "us", or "our"), operated at digitalletter.app. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, letter-creation tools, sharing links, and related services. By using digitalletter.app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The Service
Digital Letter lets you create digital love letters and cards and share them via a unique link. Features may change over time. Current plans may include a limited free letter for new users, one-time letter packs, and memberships with unlimited letters while subscribed. Pricing is shown on digitalletter.app before you purchase.
Accounts & Access
Publishing and sharing a letter generally requires sign-in. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Purchases, Credits & Memberships
- Letter packs grant one-time credits that can be used to publish letters. Credits do not expire unless we state otherwise at purchase.
- Memberships provide access to create and share letters while your subscription remains active.
- Payments are processed by third-party providers (for example Stripe). Taxes may apply depending on your location.
- Unless required by law or stated at checkout, purchases are generally non-refundable after credits or membership access have been delivered.
Your Content & Letters
- You retain ownership of the letters and text you create.
- You grant us a limited license to host, store, display, and transmit your content solely to operate and provide the service (including generating share links).
- You are responsible for what you write and who you share links with. Do not include illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
- Anyone with a share link may be able to view that letter. Treat links like private invitations.
- Once shared, treat a letter as sealed for the recipient unless the product explicitly offers editing.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or third-party rights
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others through letters or the site
- Attempt to break, scrape excessively, or disrupt digitalletter.app
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others in a deceptive way
- Use the service to distribute spam, malware, or phishing
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

The Digital Letter name, branding, design, and software on digitalletter.app are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our branding or software except as allowed by these Terms or with our written permission.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that shared links will remain available forever.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Letter and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, letters, or profits arising from your use of digitalletter.app.
Third-Party Services
